the thing about voting
is there an easier way to organize voters than by designating polling places? also maybe if the locations were shifted to shopping centers and malls where people actually want to go and go anyway, would people vote more? too bad we can’t vote online. at least there’s mail in voting.. but shouldn’t voting be de-facto by mail? and would those who don’t mail it in be more...
